Camp Site Locations: A
Please bring both class B for day activities and Class A for the campfire program.
SATURDAY May 18
2:30-4:00PM -- SETUP
3:30-5:30PM -- HIKE Webelos will be going on a 4 miler, but there is a shorter switch back that is only 2 miles. The terrain is fairly flat and is an easy hike. Bring shoes that can get dirty.
4:30-5:30PM -- DINNER PREP - for those how do not go on the Hike
5:30-6:30PM -- DINNER - The pack will provide hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, buns, and water for dinner.
Each family is asked to bring something to share:
* Lions and Webelos I -- Breakfast foods (e.g., fruit, rolls, donuts, etc.)
* Tigers -- Desserts
* Bears -- Condiments and toppings (e.g., lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)
* Wolves -- Sides (each side should be enough for around ten individuals)
6:30-7:00PM -- DINNER CLEANUP - Dinner clean up and campfire prep
7:00-7:45 PM - ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM7
7:45 - 8:00 PM- Short Break 15min prep for campfire.
8:00 - 9:00 PM CAMP FIRE PROGRAM
9:00PM -- LIGHTS OUT or EXIT PARK - Quiet Time
SUNDAY May 19
7:00-10:00AM -- BREAKFAST & BREAK CAMP - Scout check out by: 10:00am
